Booking
Online booking
Three steps.
Add a treatment, choose the length and the number of people, and send the request.
Website × CRM × Growth
A hammam and spa website with online booking and its own CRM, built from strategy to launch and now growing through search, AI assistants, ads and social media.
Starting point
MISK HOUSE is a hammam and wellness house: black soap, ghassoul, argan, massage and care.
We took the whole project, from strategy and UI/UX to the booking system, the CRM, testing and launch. Today we run its growth.
The challenge
Guests come from many countries and plan on a phone. They want to see the treatments, the price and the length, in their language, and book without a call.
Every request then had to reach the team, so the room is ready when guests arrive.
From strategy to growth
Booking a hammam should feel as calm as the hammam itself.
So the booking takes three steps, and the team confirms the rest.

What we built
Booking
Three steps.
Add a treatment, choose the length and the number of people, and send the request.
Treatments
One page per treatment.
Seven massages and three hammams, each with its own page, price, length and Book button.
Back office
Every request in one place.
Booking requests land in one CRM, so the team can confirm the time and prepare the room.
Reach
Eight languages.
English, French, German, Polish, Dutch, Spanish, Italian and Arabic, with Book and Call buttons on phones.
Visibility
Found, then quoted.
Structured data for the spa and its services, FAQ answers and a summary written for AI assistants. Ongoing.
Growth
More guests, every week.
Ads and social media that bring guests to the booking page. Ongoing.
