Training
Workout plans
Today's session, ready.
A weekly plan with today's workout on the home screen and one button to start it.
iOS application
An iOS fitness app that brings workout plans, exercise tracking, nutrition and progress into one experience.
Starting point
Training, eating and tracking progress usually live in different places.
This app brings them into one iOS experience, built around a weekly plan.
The challenge
A fitness app is opened in the gym, between sets, often with one hand. Everything had to be readable at a glance and reachable with a thumb.
And progress had to stay visible, because seeing it is what keeps people training.
Inside the app
Progress is what keeps people training, and it is easy to lose sight of.
So the app puts it on screen after every session.
