About the role

We’re looking for a designer who cares about how a product works as much as how it looks. You’ll turn business goals and user needs into accessible websites and applications, working closely with strategists and developers to carry your ideas from early exploration through to the shipped experience.

What you’ll do

• Understand project goals and user needs through research, discovery, and collaboration.
• Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished interface designs in Figma.
• Design responsive, accessible experiences for desktop and mobile, including loading, empty, and error states.
• Build and maintain reusable components, design systems, and clear handoff documentation.
• Test ideas with users, explain design decisions, and work with developers to review the finished product.

Requirements

• Around 2–4 years of UI/UX or product design experience, or equivalent experience designing shipped digital products.
• Confident use of Figma, including auto layout, components, variants, and prototyping.
• A strong understanding of typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, interaction design, and responsive layouts.
• Practical experience with user research, usability testing, and turning feedback into design improvements.
• Understanding of accessibility fundamentals and how design decisions translate into working interfaces.
• Ability to present your reasoning, respond to feedback, and collaborate with a remote team in English.
• A CV and a portfolio with case studies that explain the problem, your process, and your contribution.

Nice to have

• Experience designing SaaS products, ecommerce, or multilingual interfaces.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or the constraints of building with React.
• An interest in brand identity, motion design, or writing useful interface copy.
