About the role

We’re looking for an SEO specialist who can turn an audit into a practical plan and follow it through. You’ll work on technical foundations, content, and organic visibility for our clients, partnering with developers and writers to make websites easier to discover and more useful to the people searching for them.

What you’ll do

• Audit websites for crawling, indexing, site structure, and on-page SEO issues.
• Research keywords and search intent, and turn findings into content plans and page briefs.
• Improve titles, descriptions, internal links, existing content, and structured data.
• Work with developers to prioritise and resolve technical SEO and performance issues.
• Track organic visibility, traffic, and conversions, and explain progress and next steps to the team.

Requirements

• Around 2–4 years of SEO experience, or equivalent experience improving live websites.
• A solid understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimisation, keyword research, and search intent.
• Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and a crawling tool such as Screaming Frog.
• Ability to use tools such as Ahrefs or Semrush to investigate opportunities and support recommendations.
• Working knowledge of HTML, canonical URLs, redirects, sitemaps, and structured data.
• Ability to prioritise work, write clear briefs, and collaborate with a remote team in English.
• A CV and an SEO project or case study that explains your contribution and how you measured progress.

Nice to have

• Experience with local SEO, ecommerce, or multilingual websites.
• Familiarity with WordPress, Next.js, or collaborating on JavaScript-heavy websites.
• An interest in how AI assistants discover, interpret, and cite web content.
