About the role

We’re looking for a marketer who combines creative thinking with a practical understanding of performance. You’ll help our clients reach their audiences through paid campaigns, social media, and content, working closely with our design and web teams to turn attention into meaningful inquiries and sales.

What you’ll do

• Plan and run digital marketing campaigns around clear audiences, goals, and budgets.
• Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Develop content calendars, write campaign copy, and brief designers on creative assets.
• Work with our web team to improve landing pages, tracking, and conversion journeys.
• Monitor campaign performance, test new ideas, and report results with practical next steps.

Requirements

• Around 2–4 years of digital marketing experience, or equivalent experience managing live campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with paid advertising, social media management, and campaign planning.
• Ability to write clear, engaging copy and adapt it to different brands and audiences.
• Practical knowledge of Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and campaign reporting.
• Confidence managing budgets and using data to explain what is working and what needs to change.
• Ability to organise your work, communicate clearly, and collaborate with a remote team in English.
• A CV and examples of campaigns you contributed to, with a clear explanation of your role.

Nice to have

• Experience with email marketing, CRM tools, or marketing automation.
• Familiarity with SEO, content strategy, or conversion rate optimisation.
• Experience creating campaigns for multilingual audiences or service businesses.
